TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable Deposit must be made before any service can commence (50% of the total fee). No Deposit means No booking.
- The remaining 50% will be required before the release of your content.
- All same-day bookings will acquire an additional 25% of your fee.
- Any Bookings starting after 10pm (Operational Hours) will acquire late night fees
- Any Bookings on Sundays will be charged an additional fee
- Payment is accepted through bank transfer.
- Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time of the session. Any cancellations done within 48 hours will not be amended.
- Any rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed time of the session. There will be no amendments for rescheduling within 48 hours, meaning you must pay another deposit for a separate booking. Any rescheduling made outside of the UK will automatically require a reschedulling fee in not contacted at least two weeks prior.
- Any late payments (More than 48 hours after the agreed payment date) will result in an additional percentage of the outstanding balance. As you know, the allocated percentage is added every 48 hours for outstanding payments and is continued until all payments have been made.
- Only a minimum of 2 hours is accepted for Photography & Videography bookings.
